Peter Scott's Planet Soarer DVD - FREE !

It arrived 20mins ago - BLEEDIN EXCELLENT it is (and I am still watching it as I write).

Peter has put together a DVD with hundreds of stills and video clips, mostly Soarer but I did see some Supra/Celsior/Porsche/Ford GT40 (& Escort!) in there.

There is also another Japanese Soarer review included on the DVD, unfortunately not of the same high quality as the Soarer Review's DVD available from Soarer WorldBITZ .

This DVD is for FREE distribution but I cant sit here for several weeks making 2xspeed copies for everyone, so I am going to make 10 copies to be distributed to anyone who promises to make further copies for free distribution.

Failing that we will bundle the FREE Peter Scott DVD with the Soarer Reviews DVD (£11.50) available from Soarer WorldBITZ ,

Please get your names down here,

a, To get your free DVD for copying.
b, To order copies from from the "a" list.

I could Phil, but belive it or not Bittorrent is beyond some people's computer skills to work. Also not everyone here is on DSL connections (I know they should be horse whipped)

Thanks Bill!
The videos are labelled by author, Peter Scotta, Peter Scottb etc
Peterscotta
Vid1
PeterScotta - quick photo snapshot of Soarer meets
Vid2
Peterscottb - Things aren't always "cherry red". Frank crashed his Soarer - some pics from meets he went too, and we want him to get a Celsior rather than a local Holden 4 door sedan.
Vid3
Peter scottc - Gymkhana with TOPGUN theme - the loud V8 Soarer and doing the donut is me. The Handbrake turns by Steve. I'm the one in the Deakin windcheater - I'm the stocky one in the lineup. The quiet TT is Gary's.
Vid4
Justin HughesA - The first Soarer meet at Phillip Island. I'm the one with the Blah Blah overlay. Juzza is a editing pro - takes our home movies and makes gold - Juzza's vids are my favourites. Theme from Batman the movie is the opening music score.
Vid5
Justin HughesB - the full clip - the first 1/3 is available for download - Another Phillip Island Raceway - I'm the one saying James Bond at the beginning - no I wasn't really saying that! James Bond theme music.
Vid6
The Soarer Story - that Japanese Best Motoring comparo - a bit grainy. See the Active whip a TT in a circle and outbrake all the Soarers (well from 100kph anyway - TT wins with high speed). All the features, all the prices - all in Japanese.
Vid 7,8,9
StanJohnson clips from another Phillip Island Soarer race meet.
Vid 10 and 11
Spins - out of control fishtails. Greg at Oran Park raceway shows us what happens when you don't slam on the brakes during an uncontrolled spin. Greg deliberately avoided the "in a spin two feet in" mantra and fought to the death. First thing any race school teaches is slam on the brakes in an uncontrolled spin. Too many people try to steer out of trouble. Looking out the side window is a good indication of "uncontrolled". This is what happened to Frank's car (I watched it from behind)
Vid 12
In car footage of Steve chasing Manny around Wakefield Race track in there high powered TT manuals.
Vid 13
Short clip of David's VVti single turbo Soarer overtaking my little V8 on the track.
Vid 14
Last is a music video called "MeatShake" - nothing to do with Soarers - but it has some funny lines in it and I just had enough room to stick it on as well. Sort of like those last shots you take with a camera before taking the film to get developed.

More Soarer movie downloads available at (Vids 4,1/3 of Vid5,10,11,12 above are here now)
http://www.trackdaymedia.com/
Steve's site. I like to watch DVD's on the tele rather than hunched over a computer screen.
